Welcome to Kuumo, an independent flight deal alert service operated from Malaysia. By using our website, email list, or Telegram channel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Kuumo is

Kuumo is an information service. We watch fares from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and tell you when one looks genuinely worth booking. We are not a travel agent, an airline, or a booking platform.

Prices change, always verify before booking

Flight prices move constantly and can sell out within hours or even minutes. Every deal we post is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time we check it, but we cannot guarantee a fare will still be available or at the same price when you go to book. Always confirm the full price and conditions on the airline or travel site before you pay.

You book direct, we never handle your money

Kuumo links you to airlines and travel sites. You book and pay them directly. We never take your booking payment, and we are not a party to the transaction between you and the provider.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links we share are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you book or sign up through them. This is at no extra cost to you, and it never changes which deals we choose to post. We only flag a fare because we think it is worth catching.

Subscriptions

Kuumo offers a free tier and, in future, a paid Premium tier. When paid subscriptions launch, billing will be handled by a third party payment processor, you will be able to cancel at any time, and the specific terms and price will be shown clearly before you pay. There is no charge unless you choose to subscribe.

No liability

Kuumo is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a fare that changed, sold out, or expired, from a booking you made, or from any third party site we linked to. Your decision to book any flight is your own.

Acceptable use

Please do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our deals or content for your own commercial service without our permission. The Kuumo name, content, and branding belong to us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Kuumo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
